We have investigated may of the ¨Review Websites¨ like Trust Pilot, Check a trade, Trusted Trader for example. It's so easy to leave false reviews, and these sites are often used to reinforce Rogue Traders and their scams.
What these websites dont tell you as a user, is the membership deals they offer businesses in return for manipulation of reviews and deleting of real honest reviews that do not reflect the expereince well.
