The Spray Foam Advice Centre is currently engaged in discussions with several prominent legal firms regarding a potential Class Action lawsuit against certain firms still operating in the spray foam insulation industry. We recognize that this is a complex process, and we advise all individuals to exercise caution with any claims companies requesting upfront fees or engaging in contractual agreements related to claims against spray foam installers.
Through our dedicated investigative efforts and commitment to justice, we are confident that we can collectively initiate a motion for a Class Action lawsuit aimed at securing redress for the thousands of pounds that victims have unjustly incurred.
